Keith asked about the signs if there was any problem with them, Howard just advised that Oregon Dept of Forestry was just curious about the USFS symbol on the NHLR signs. Keith advised that the USFS had agreed to have the symbol put on and it makes it look like a federal registered program.

Keith advised that individual certificates will be coming out will be one for the site and the other one for the office Keith is also making a cardboard certificate that tells how to put a tower on to the NHLR.

Marie Hall made the motion to have mutual cooperation with the USFS Gary Weber second it .It was memorandum of understanding with the USFS of cooperation all were in favor.

One final thing was with the NHLR. That was a nice factor with agencies with telling them that a certain LO in their jurisdiction was put on the NHLR. Keith will advised the agency about the LO on the NHLR if they were not involved in helping to put it on the register.
