Notes

  • 1939 - present.
  • The station was constructed in 1939 with New England Forest Emergency funds. It was a 41' steel tower made by the International Derrick Co. . During the Second World War the tower was altered at least twice, and used for aircraft detection by the Aircraft Warning Service. After the war the extra levels were removed and a new cab installed. It remains in service.
