This year in western Wa, the Heybrook Lookout is nearing very close to completion and the opening day of the new rental program for it. The site work (laying down of gravel on the driving areas, and top soil) is now complete and only 2 items remain for 100% completion. Item #1 is the manufacturing and assembly of the small main table to match the chairs and other interior furniture. Item #2 is the manufacturing, assembly and installation of the shutter storage areas and devices.

The first of May the Heybrook Lookout will enter the Lookout rental program. It should be a very sucessful rental. It has not been determined if it will just be rented out spring, summer and fall, or all year round.
